Two Ingredient Dessert: Coconut Cream Chocolate Mousse



This is my go-to sweet treat. Literally coconut cream and melted chocolate, combine and refrigerate, and we're there (or freeze, if you need chocolate in your life asap).

Somehow, every weekly shop a certain tin and block of that dark sweet goodness, find their way into my grocery basket.

Two Ingredient Dessert: Coconut Cream Chocolate Mousse

What you need: 

Coconut Cream (preferably store it in the fridge so that the coconut cream separates from the liquid, making for an especially creamy mousse)
Chocolate

How to whip it all together:

Scoop the separated coconut cream from the tin into a bowl (or just pour the whole thing in, you will just need to add more chocolate to make sure it sets - tragedy). Melt as much chocolate as you would like, then add the coconut cream, stir, and refrigerate (or freeze, as mentioned before).
